ABOUT HIGINIO MENDOZA, JR
Higinio Mendoza, Jr, was born in New York City and raised in the beautiful city of Pittsburgh. He is of Puerto Rican and Taíno Indian heritage, and is the owner of F&M Technology, LLP (LLC), a business services consultancy that provides legal services, computer network technology, and health wellness advice. Higinio holds an Associate Degree (Specialized Business in Communications Systems Management), a Bachelor of Science (Information Technology), a certification at the Master Degree level (General Practice of Law) from Duquesne University, and numerous certifications. Higinio is a member of the National Association Legal Assistants (General Practice of Law), and is fluent in Spanish.
Above all, however, Higinio considers the best ‘job title’ bestowed upon him is that of being a ‘Dad’, or better yet, a ‘loving father’.
